In the properties window, under the 'shortcut' tab, find the 'Target' box. In it, you will see the path to your executable. The path will be in quotations. After the last quotation mark, add a space and the following: -nocanary
My path will likely be different from yours and the following should only be used as a reference. The only thing that you need to do to yours is add the space and -nocanary at the end. Here is an example of what's in my Target box after I changed it:
"C:\Program Files\Games\viperracing\Viper Racing.exe" -nocanary
Now apply changes and use the shortcut to run the game...That's it.
